Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery is the same day or can be pre-ordered/scheduled for a specific time drop. Orders placed after 8:45 PM will be scheduled for next day delivery. Phone lines start operating at 9 AM for pre order / same day delivery.
Cash, credit/debit cards and ApplePay are accepted.
There is a $50 minimum for delivery. Additionally, depending upon your region/distance from your designated dispatch center there may be a higher minimum.
There are several brick and mortar shops carrying our product- please call your district for more information as to where to find them!
Although our districts are broken down into “north and south Westchester”, please inquire with whichever district you believe you may be in to verify definitively which location to order from!
South Westchester – North Bronx, Yonkers, Mt. Vernon, Pelham, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester.
North Westchester – Rye, Harrison, West Harrison, Port Chester, Ardsley, White Plains, Pleasantville, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Mt. Rockland – Nyack, Nanuet, Spring Valley, Valley Cottage, Suffern, New City, Pearl River, Piermont, Stony Point, Congers, Sparkill, Tappan, Orangeburg, Thiells, Grand View-on-Hudson, Haverstraw, Airmont, New Hempstead, Sloatsburg as well as the Palisades area.
NYC – Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and various areas in Long Island west of Huntington. For areas further than Huntington and all of Staten Island, please contact your sales representative to pre-order in advance and arrange delivery for a specific date and window of time.
